We are immersed in a major energy efficiency project.

We have initiated the implementation of modern, state-of-the-art valves and motors designed to optimize our energy consumption and promote more sustainable practices.

This initiative will not only contribute to reducing our operating costs, but also reflects our commitment to environmental responsibility by reducing our carbon footprint and promoting a greener environment for all.

We are in the process of building a water park for three of our establishments in Punta Cana:

With this recreational offer we will make a difference in the vacation experience of our guests.

The hotel and tourism division of the Dominican Republic has its own industrial laundry that provides services to all establishments in the country.

This laundry is currently undergoing an exciting expansion project.

In response to the growth of our owned, participated and managed establishments, and their consequent increasing demand for laundry services, we have decided to expand our facilities to further improve our processing capacity and provide a more efficient and faster service to all.

This expansion will include the incorporation of state-of-the-art machinery that will allow us to increase our productivity; 2 tunnel washers, 8 dryers, 3 ironers, 4 folders….

In addition, this will expand the staff, achieving a total washing capacity of more than 30 thousand kg.

Plaza de las Américas, Santo Domingo, República Dominicana.

Con apertura prevista para febrero de 2024.

Se trata de un hotel Urbano en la Plaza de las Americas en Santo Domingo. Un nuevo edificio ya construido, pero sin uso, al cual el Grupo Invercan Grumasa, junto con otros propietarios, van a reconvertir en un moderno hotel urbano con todos los servicios y prestaciones a los que estamos acostumbrados en las grandes ciudades.

Contará con 126 habitaciones, sala de convenciones, una terraza en la planta 11 con piscina, restaurantes y bar.

Uvero Alto, municipio de Higüey, provincia de Altagracia, República Dominicana.

Con apertura prevista para finales de 2023.

Situado en Uvero Alto y junto al Hotel Breathless Punta Cana, el grupo tiene prevista la equipación hotelera de un nuevo resort de lujo, que estará formado por 700 habitaciones, 5 restaurantes, sport bar, teatro, canchas deportivas y centro de convenciones. Este nuevo complejo hotelero, además de contar con unas instalaciones con todo tipo de servicios y detalles, podrá disfrutar además de las del Hotel Breathless.

Playa Bávaro, Cancún, República Dominicana.

Durante 2023, se van a realizar obras de renovación completa del hotel.

Con idea de dotar al establecimiento de mayor amplitud, se va a pasar de 180 habitaciones a 119 unidades.

Además va a contar con 2 restaurantes, un Coco Café y Pool Bar.

La ejecución del proyecto será llevada a cabo por el Grupo.
