The hotel and tourism division of the Dominican Republic has its own industrial laundry that provides services to all our owned, participated and managed establishments in the country.

This laundry is currently undergoing an exciting expansion project.

In response to the growth of our establishments, and their consequent increasing demand for laundry services, it has been decided to expand the facilities to further improve processing capacity and productivity; 2 tunnel washers, 8 dryers, 3 ironers, 4 folding machines…

Plaza de las Americas, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

Scheduled to open by the February 2024.

This is an urban hotel in the Plaza de las Americas in Santo Domingo. A new building already built, but unused, which the Invercan Grumasa Group, together with other owners, will convert into a modern urban hotel with all the services and amenities we are used to in big cities. 

It will have 126 rooms, a convention hall, a terrace on the 11th floor with swimming pool, restaurants and bar.

Uvero Alto, Higüey municipality, Altagracia province, Dominican Republic.

Scheduled to open by the end of 2023.

Located in Uvero Alto and next to the Breathless Punta Cana Hotel, the group plans to equip a new luxury resort with 700 rooms, 5 restaurants, a sports bar, theater, sports courts and a convention center. This new hotel complex, in addition to having facilities with all kinds of services and details, will also be able to enjoy those of the Breathless Hotel.

Playa Bávaro, Cancún, Dominican Republic.

During 2023, the hotel will undergo a complete renovation.

In order to provide the establishment with more space, the number of rooms will be increased from 180 to 119.

It will also have 2 restaurants, a Coco Café and Pool Bar.

The execution of the project will be carried out by the Group.
