It is a Spanish family-owned patrimonial company, specialized in tourism investments. It was founded in 1973 by Enrique Martinón Armas. 

The Group has consolidated into a business project that brings together a group of companies present in 4 countries: Spain, Mexico,  Dominican Republic and Aruba. 

Its main activity is the development, start-up, marketing and management of hotels.
