Our activity as hotel developers covers all phases: Preliminary study of the land and surroundings, masterplan, project development, construction management, economic analysis and control, start-up and opening; and is completed with operation and commercialization.

For this we have a team in Europe and the Caribbean in the technical, architectural, purchasing and logistics, and administration departments.
