Horinsa Group

Horinsa Group

Hormigones Insulares was established in 1973 for the explotation of a basalt stone quarry and the manufacture of hydraulic concretes, a large part of its activity is dedicated to public works and large civil works of private initiative (urbanizations, water treatment plants, etc.), with great prestige among the specialized companies of the Canary Archipelago, Spain.

The construction boom in Lanzarote in the 80’s, advised Horinsa’s directors to specialize the production in order to achieve greater flexibility in the use of resources and better supply ratios. Thus, Hormigones de Lanzarote SA (Hormilansa) was created, dedicated exclusively to the manufacture and sale of concrete.

Tangible Assets: Concrete plant and a fleet of 15 vehicles.
